Michael E. Dymon is our Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager. He has been with our parent company, Viocity Group, since November 2019. Michael came to Viocity with many years of safety management experience. He has worked for a variety of organizations, ranging from startups to large multi-facility organizations, and within industries from heavy metals manufacturing to food and haircare manufacturing.

As a safety professional, Michael looks to create an open and dynamic safety culture with an emphasis on continuous improvement. With this type of culture, employees feel committed to bring up safety concerns no matter the size and strive to improve them as a group. With a Bachelors Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Michael enjoys being active in the field with employees, and is routinely seen at various job sites.

Our safety team promotes the safety, health and welfare of every individual on each project site through: creation and maintenance of a safe work environment, safety programs, awareness, insurability, and drug and alcohol testing.
