Jerry Watson, P. E., President

Jerry Watson, founder of Keystruct Construction, Inc. is a professional engineer with degrees from Lehigh University and York College of Pennsylvania. He was named “Young Engineer of the Year” in 1992 by the Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers.

Jerry’s driving vision for Keystruct is not to be the biggest contractor in the area — but to be the most customer focused. “We specialize in certain industries so that we can immerse ourselves in our customer’s specific needs — and achieve their unique objectives.”

Jerry’s philosophy toward customer relationships sets Keystruct apart in the industry. “I believe it’s critical for our customers to have one-on-one, trusting relationships with our team.”

Doug_Leister

Doug Leister, Vice President

Doug has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial and industrial construction industries along with additional experience in institutional, healthcare, and elder care construction. He began his construction career as a carpenter and has been working in construction management for more than 20 years.

At Keystruct, Doug oversees the estimating and project management teams. He reviews estimates, works closely with potential clients on their objectives and generates work for the company. He also ensures that Keystruct’s current jobs are productive, tracks costs and works directly with the existing clients to meet their needs.

Deanna_Copp

Deanna Copp, Controller

Deanna graduated from Harford Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Accounting and has put her degree to work primarily in the construction industry. She is working towards her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting at York College of Pennsylvania. As the Controller for the Keystruct Team, Deanna is responsible for all financial reporting and accounting functions.

Mike Sola

Michael Sola, Senior Estimator/Project Manager

Michael Sola has more than 23 years of experience in the commercial construction and industrial construction industries. He also has extensive experience in healthcare and assisted care living facilities.

He began his construction career as an estimator and has been working in the general construction and construction management industry for more than 20 years. At Keystruct, Mike oversees the estimating and preconstruction services. He manages all phases of the design/build process and works closely with potential clients on maintaining overall budget expectations.

Bill Loy, Senior Estimator

Bill Loy, Senior Estimator

Bill Loy has more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry. He has previously worked as a carpenter, foreman, superintendent, project manager and safety director before settling into his estimating position at Keystruct. Bill has vast knowledge of healthcare and institutional industries, as well as many other general construction specialty areas. This experience serves Bill well as a senior estimator for Keystruct.

Tim McClure

Tim McClure, Estimator/Project Manager

Tim McClure has worked in the construction industry for over 25 years. During his career, he performed and excelled in every aspect of construction including working in the field. As Estimator/Project Manager, Tim is responsible for the contractor/client coordination required throughout the construction process. He is fully capable of taking projects from concept to final completion.

His experience includes meeting with clients and design professionals in the concept phase, constructability reviews, creative value engineering, estimating, and project management. Tim plans, organizes, directs and controls the preparation and execution of construction contracts and meets company objectives of cost, quality, safety and satisfaction.

Tom Anthony

Tom Anthony, Project Manager

Tom Anthony has worked in the construction industry for over 35 years. During his career, he performed and excelled in every aspect of construction. As Project Manager, Tom is responsible for the contractor/client coordination required throughout the construction process.

He plans, organizes, directs and controls the preparation and execution of construction contracts and meets company objectives of cost, quality, safety
and satisfaction.

Ryan Emig

Ryan Emig, Fabrication Shop Manager

Ryan Emig leads and coordinates the day-to-day
activities of our fabrication operation. This includes estimating and assigning tasks to welder and fabricator crews and then ensuring all work is completed in an acceptable manner.

He plans, organizes, and schedules the daily shop/field manpower and equipment needed to complete projects within the specified time frame while staying within budget and meeting quality standards and welding codes. Ryan also monitors shop and jobsite safety to ensure a safe working environment.
