Keystruct Construction Management Team
Jerry L. Watson, P. E., President
Jerry L. Watson is a professional engineer with degrees from Lehigh University and York College. He was named “Young Engineer of the Year” in 1992 by the Pennsylvania Society of Professional Engineers. After working for two of the largest contractors in central Pennsylvania, he founded Keystruct Construction, Inc. in 1995.
Jerry’s driving vision for Keystruct is not to be the biggest contractor in the area – but to be the most customer focused. “We specialize in certain industries so that we can immerse ourselves in our customer’s specific needs – and achieve their unique objectives.”
Jerry’s philosophy toward customer relationships sets Keystruct apart in the industry. “I believe it’s critical for our customers to have one-on-one, trusting relationships with our team.”
Doug Leister, Vice President
Doug came to Keystruct with 25 years of experience in the commercial construction and industrial construction industries. He also has experience in institutional, healthcare, and elderly care construction. He began his construction career as a carpenter and has been working in construction managment for the past 13 years. At Keystruct, Doug oversees the estimating and project management teams. He reviews estimates, works closely with potential clients on what their objectives are and generates work for the company. He also ensures that Keystruct’s current jobs are productive, tracks costs and works directly with the existing clients to meet their needs.
